Our mission is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry (Eph 4:12)
A forge is where iron is shaped and formed, and that is exactly what you experience here in our Internship. Our 3-9 month programs focus on hands-on ministry, leadership training, personal development, spiritual disciplines, and character development.
As people are transformed by the Gospel, they are called to be ministers of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18–20); therefore, our ambassador training program trains leaders to recognize that good intentions are not enough and meeting material needs are simply an open door to meet their spiritual needs. There is a very intentional way to go about the process of restoration, and we are equipping leaders everywhere to recognize that all needs are a result of one of the 4 broken relationships.
