80% of the foreign population of the Costa Rican is made up of Nicaraguan immigrants, many who are seeking better job opportunities such as seasonal coffee picking. Many lack education beyond a middle school level. Since skill development opens the door to more opportunity, it's a major factor in seeing long term poverty alleviation. Our job skills training courses provide a way for these families to restore dignity & rebuild their families.
Geared specifically towards creating micro-businesses, our alliance with My Victorious Life, is designed to restore identity in Christ and bring long-term transformation through spiritual and economic freedom. This program teaches biblical principals to activate the gifts inside of them and launch it into a sustainable source of income for their families.
We are helping low-income families learn financial stewardship. This program has been developed to provide a biblical vision of the healing of Jesus at work in our relationships and restoring our finances.
Offering technical financial management knowledge and skills, awareness of good financial practices and systems, how to overcome real world pitfalls on the path to financial health, and of course, encouragement. We are coming together to experience how Jesus can provide peace, healing, and freedom through restored relationship with Him, with others, with ourselves, and with our money.
