Not everyone is an entrepreneur. Most just need help getting their finances in order. Faith and Finances was created by The Chalmers Center who exists to equip churches to address the broken relationships at the root of poverty, living out Jesus’ Kingdom today. It lays the foundation for basic financial management skills. The course discusses money in the context of relationships, attitudes, values, and obstacles. Participants gain important information and skills relevant to everyday life including setting up a budget, giving, being thrifty, and eliminating debt by overcoming real-world financial pitfalls. We are rebuilding families and creating generational wealth.

Traditional financial education tools aren't designed for people living at the poverty line. Let’s face it: when someone is struggling to make ends meet, advice on retirement accounts and mortgages just isn’t relevant. There's a better way to help people steward their money well, even if you're not a financial expert.
We offer incentives for participants such as a meal together, childcare, homework help, a certificate of completion, and rewards along the way for active participation/completion.
Curriculum
Set up as a 12-week course, classes meet weekly for about 2 hours and include fun skits, activities, group discussions and general learning.

I have been with Til He Returns since 2021. I currently serve as a local church pastor and Director of Economic Empowerment. I love sharing with others and seeing lives changed holistically. My hope is to see and be a part of people living their lives fully through learning new skills by the grace of God. I pray that they can dream again, and that we can help them reach those goals as they discover their gifts and use them to serve the Lord.
