English Club is open to the public, however it reaches mostly young professionals. It's a place for people to belong before they believe. These clubs help individuals become part of a healthy community, making it an open door for intentional one on one Gospel conversations.
Since it is one of our open ministries, unlike counseling, It offers a unique opportunity for mission teams to come in, interact, and connect with the participants in a natural way. Both individuals on the mission teams and our local ambassadors have been able to plant seeds of truth and hope in the lives of individuals that enter the doors of English club.
English is NOT the most spoken language in the world; however, It gives you an open door to the world and helps you communicate with global citizens. It is a powerful skill to have since:
- It's an international common tongue.
- It's the language of academia.
- It gives you access to a wealth of written, online and printed resources.
- It is super helpful in international travel.
- It's essential if you want to work in international business or commerce.
The majority of our participants are young business professionals looking to gain a better future for themselves and their families.
Schedules
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced weekly classes are offered. Our mission teams, interns, and local native English speakers often participate in these classes. Also, a few of the locals who have participated in these classes have now began to teach the Beginner English classes.

I've been in ministry for as long as I can remember, helped with The Refuge back in 2016, and I've been with Til He Returns full time since 2019. I love seeing people feel like they are succeeding and that they are a part of a community that can lead them to know Jesus. It's great to have dignity by learning a new thing, but it's even better to have your character formed and life changed through a relationship with Christ.
I enjoy helping others succeed in their dreams, and I believe very strongly in the vision and mission of Til He Returns.
