Til He Returns focuses on community outreach, going out into local communities and sharing the Gospel through evangelistic activities. We are then able to connect them with local churches and into our own ministry programs. Since we are only a few people, we are able to make the most impact and be the biggest blessing through mission teams. Teams mobilize ministry in real IMPACTFUL ways so that we can take the torch and run with it. Since Covid in 2020, we haven’t received a team nor have we been able to GO really anywhere due to heavy restrictions even within the country.
Aside from the effectiveness of outreach with teams, they are also a key player in the day to day operations of our ministry believe it or not. From keeping our pregnancy center boutique stocked with new or gently used baby clothes, or workbooks for our counseling programs or bible studies, Spanish bibles, supplies for our job skills training courses and so much more.
We have heard from many of our faithful supporters that they are chomping at the bit to GO & SERVE.
Well we have E X C E L L E N T news! News we have both longed to hear but feared due to which direction it could go. Many know that Costa Rica’s economy is heavily based on tourism, so to restrict it anymore would really effect the nation as a whole.
The Costa Rican President and Minister of Tourism officially announced this week that they are phasing out all restrictions on travel and tourism. By April 1st, 2022, the only requirement for tourists, both vaccinated and non, is to simply bring your mask to use in public places. You will no longer require travel insurance or the Costa Rican Health Pass. Also, businesses are allowed to operate at capacity.
This is INCREDIBLY EXCITING news!
