Program Length
The Forge is an intensive hands-on missions and discipleship program designed for those interested in leadership, not just missions. By definition, a forge is where iron is shaped and formed, and that is exactly what you experience here in Costa Rica with the ministry.

What is an Internship with Til He Returns like?
It's not your average internship...
This is a hands-on ministry and discipleship program that seeks to provide interactive learning for young adults seeking experience in a holistic approach to missions. Participants will gain valuable leadership and ministry skills while also receiving on the field discipleship from a variety of ministry leaders. Interns also are exposed to our ministry programs to see what they have learned, put into action.
