<p>Many go into missions for all the wrong reasons. Let me be very clear here&#8230;being a missionary should not be because you love to travel, want to fill your passport full of stamps, or want to take pictures for your Instagram feed and &#8220;influencer&#8221; portfolio.</p>

It was amazing to see how they worked together to encourage so many people. Among the lives that were touched were the people at the church in a slum in La Guacima. In June we visited this church with a team but had to keep the kids contained in the back half of the church because the church could only afford to lay tile on one half of the floor.</p>
