Sometimes what people need the most is to simply have a place where they belong while they are working through what it is they believe. A place where conversation flows freely, inside jokes fill the room with laughter, the grace of God takes center stage, and relationships feel more like family than friends. For Roland, that place is with Til He Returns at their ministry center in Costa Rica, The Hope Project.

Til He Returns focuses on community outreach, going out into local communities and sharing the Gospel through evangelistic activities. We are then able to connect them with local churches and into our own ministry programs.  Since we are only a few people, we are able to make the most impact and be the biggest blessing through mission teams. Teams mobilize ministry in real IMPACTFUL ways so that we can take the torch and run with it.

Have you ever been called to do something that seemed crazy?

That is how Micah and Melissa felt when they started to feel the pull of planting a church. At first, even thinking such a thought was radical that they both were a little hesitant to even tell each other – but that is how you know its a God thing and not just a good idea. After Micah and Melissa finally talked about the idea to each other and realized they were both sensing the same thing, other people in their lives started speaking similar things over them.

As we sat in a circle, all 15 of us on a dirty floor with our backs leaning against the wall in a dimly lit room, we listened to Micah’s heart for this new ministry center. He shared how this would be a place for all of us and that more than a Bible Study, it would serve as a home for us as a family to be with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
